an ideal place to unwind..
quick check-in pleasant receptionist comfy sofa sea view
our check-in was quick. the receptionist was pleasant. the double room had a sea view. we loved the comfy sofa, ideal. the mattress was firm.. it suited us perfectly. the walks along the sea front were so romantic. there was a gate near block 2 giving easy access to the path.
the food in the main buffet restaurant was not as hot as i prefer it to be. i would have liked the food to be hotter but thankfully, there was always something we could find that we liked to eat.

the room included a mini fridge, a coffee machine, and ample wardrobe space. the soundproofing within the rooms ensured peace. bathrooms are newly refurbished, with spacious balconies that offered great views.

the hotel provides a courtesy bus that runs to los cristianos and adeje. a large outdoor bowling facility is nearby, and it is open to the public. it includes a nice bar and restaurant, with a change of pace.

the food was decent for all-inclusive, with show cooking offered at each meal. the drinks were fine, and the variety was plentiful. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast venue that served hot food daily.

food variety table cleaning
The food wasn't great. There wasn't much variety, and a lot of it tasted the same. it was also difficult to find a clean table. the staff seemed overwhelmed, and tables were not cleaned quickly enough. finding a sunbed was also a challenge. People reserved them early, though many weren't even using them! this made it hard to relax by the pool.

fantastic hotel experience!
hotel cleanliness great entertainment friendly attitude
i found the hotel very clean and super clean. the entertainment was definitely the best thing about the hotel. we had a lot of fun because of them and they made our holidays honestly. manuel involved us in all the activities with a friendly attitude.
The drink cups use a token system for plastic cups. This was unexpected! the all inclusive did not include all cocktails and those included come from a machine. also, the pools are not open until 10am. That's too late for me.

i loved the walks to explore the surroundings near the hotel. the hotel location is convenient for reaching nearby attractions. the free shuttle goes to los cristianos and las americas making it easy to get around.

charming getaway
friendly staff luxurious room
returning to the hotel was a great decision, as the friendly staff. the duplex room felt luxurious, providing ample space for a relaxed experience.. it certainly was so great. the food variety impressed me with plenty of all-day choices, despite the hot food being slightly less warm at times.
i did find the drinks token system a bit cumbersome. exchanging cups for tokens felt unnecessary, and i think streamlining this process would improve guest experience a lot.

Our duplex included two tvs, a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. tea and coffee facilities. A fridge and a free safe were provided for added convenience, and the shower offered nice, powerful hot water throughout our stay.

the entertainment staff was very engaging, inviting guests to participate in activities. reception. housekeeping kept everything pristine on a daily basis, including pool toilets.

Excellent Stay with Minor Issues
spacious room fantastic service convenient transport
I found the room spacious and it included two bathrooms. The housekeeper provided fantastic service . There were always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool. A free shuttle bus offered convenient transport to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. I used it a few times. I really enjoyed walking to nearby towns.
The food in the buffets was often cold and lacked strong flavors. I found myself dining out after a couple of nights because of it. The cocktails and sangria were not enjoyable. The bed was also uncomfortable. The hotel did not replace it. The gym lacked weights for the Smith machine, with many dumbbells missing.

The breakfast buffet was reasonable, especially at the Ocean Cafe. Lunch and dinner options were repetitious and inconsistent. Several occasions involved undercooked or overcooked food. Raw chicken became a significant concern.

The hotel has multiple pools. one pool was overcrowded. The pool in block four had missing tiles, several cracks, and hazardous sharp areas. A toddler even cut their thigh on a sunbed, requiring medical attention.
